Pastor’s BIO

   Pastor Nix was born and grew up in Louisville, Kentucky. He attended Faith Temple Christian School until 6th grade. At twelve years old, Pastor Nix accepted the Lord Jesus as his personal Saviour. He attended the Northside Christian School throughout high school and graduated Valedictorian of his class. The next year, he enrolled in Crown College in Knoxville, Tennessee, where he met Joy and finished in 1996 with both Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees.

   In January, 1997, they were married and eleven months later, Austin was born! A few months before Austin’s first birthday, Patrick agreed to help start Lighthouse Baptist Church and to be their Pastor. Since then, the Nix’s have had two more boys, Alanson and Asher and now a girl, Anna Belle! God is blessing the Nix’s and blessing Lighthouse Baptist Church!

“It is a great honor to be Pastor of the Lighthouse Baptist Church. This is our first opportunity of this kind to serve the Lord in a leadership role. 
It is very exciting to be in the Lord’s will. The Lord has been good to our church as we have seen it grow. If you don’t have a Biblical, personal relationship with Jesus Christ, I pray that today will be the day!”      - Pastor Nix
